At GenZbookcompany, we understand that when you order a professional book for your exams or practice, timing is everything. We are committed to delivering your books accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
1. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders of ₹699 or above.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹699, a nominal shipping fee (typically between ₹40 - ₹60) will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout based on the weight and destination.
2. Delivery Timelines
We pride ourselves on our speed, especially for our local customers in the capital region.

Note: "Business Days" exclude Sundays and National Holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors like weather or carrier delays.
3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 24 hours.

For Delhi-NCR, orders placed after the 12:00 PM cutoff will be delivered the following day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email/SMS.
4. Logistics Partners
We partner with reputed courier services (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees) and our own GenZ-Logistics network to ensure your books reach you safely. For very remote locations where private couriers do not reach, we use India Post (Speed Post).
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your mobile number is reachable so the delivery executive can contact you.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at [Insert WhatsApp/Phone] within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is out for delivery, address changes may not be possible.
7. Damaged Packaging
If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please:
