1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
2. Eligibility for Returns
• Condition: Original packaging, no signs of use, folded pages, marks, or spine damage.
• Proof: Receipt or order number is required.
• Unboxing Video: Highly recommended for damaged/incorrect items to expedite claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Digital products/E-books, books with wear/writing, or items purchased during "Clearance/Flash Sales" (unless damaged on arrival).
4. Process for Returns
• Initiate: Contact via Email or WhatsApp with Order ID.
• Pickup: Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval.
• Inspection: We will notify you once the item is received and inspected.
5. Refunds
• Processing: Refund to original payment method (UPI, Card, Bank) within 5-7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refund will be via UPI or Bank Transfer.
6. Exchanges
Replacements only for defective, damaged transit, or wrong titles/editions sent.
7. Shipping Costs
• Our Error: (Wrong/Damaged book) GenZbookcompany bears all costs.
• Change of Mind: Nominal shipping fee may be deducted from refund.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation possible before dispatch. Not possible once out for delivery (especially for Delhi-NCR Same Day service).
