1. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders of ₹699 or above.
• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹699, a nominal fee (typically ₹40 - ₹60) will be calculated at checkout.

Delhi-NCR Same Day Delivery (Order before 12 PM)
Metro Cities 2 - 4 Business Days
Rest of India 3 - 7 Business Days
Remote Areas 7 - 10 Business Days

Note: "Business Days" exclude Sundays and National Holidays.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed over to logistics within 24 hours. For Delhi-NCR, orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day. Tracking links are sent via WhatsApp/Email/SMS.

4. Logistics Partners

We partner with reputed services like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and our GenZ-Logistics network. Remote locations are served via India Post (Speed Post).

5. Delivery Attempts

Our partners attempt delivery 3 times. Please ensure your mobile number is reachable for the delivery executive.

6. Address Changes

Contact us at +91-8010764967 within 2 hours of placing your order for address changes. Once out for delivery, changes may not be possible.

7. Damaged Packaging

If a package is visibly tampered with: Do not accept delivery. Take a photo and contact our support team immediately.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY ＋

Thank you for shopping at GenZbookcompany. We value your trust and aim to provide the best service possible.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Condition: Original packaging, no signs of use, folded pages, marks, or spine damage.
• Proof: Receipt or order number is required.
• Unboxing Video: Highly recommended for damaged/incorrect items to expedite claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Digital products/E-books, books with wear/writing, or items purchased during "Clearance/Flash Sales" (unless damaged on arrival).

4. Process for Returns

• Initiate: Contact via Email or WhatsApp with Order ID.
• Pickup: Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval.
• Inspection: We will notify you once the item is received and inspected.

5. Refunds

• Processing: Refund to original payment method (UPI, Card, Bank) within 5-7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refund will be via UPI or Bank Transfer.

6. Exchanges

Replacements only for defective, damaged transit, or wrong titles/editions sent.

7. Shipping Costs

• Our Error: (Wrong/Damaged book) GenZbookcompany bears all costs.
• Change of Mind: Nominal shipping fee may be deducted from refund.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation possible before dispatch. Not possible once out for delivery (especially for Delhi-NCR Same Day service).
